They won't stand still for paperwork. Your records keep up anyway.
Scan a tag where the animal stands and its whole record opens: dam, treatments, last weight, withdrawal status. Log it there and it's on every phone and in the office before you're back at the truck.

A full life history behind every tag.
Each animal carries its lineage, genetics, breed, age, location and every event of its life — searchable by visual tag or a quick RFID scan.
- Visual ancestry trees four generations deep, with siblings, half-siblings and cousins alongside
- Genetic values such as EPDs and EBVs recorded per animal for selection decisions
- Inbreeding checks at mating: parent–offspring and full-sibling pairings blocked, cousins flagged
- An estimated inbreeding coefficient on each pedigree
- Deleted animals go to a trash bin first, so nothing vanishes by accident

Expected birth dates are calculated from each species' gestation period the moment a service or AI is logged.
- Automatic calving, lambing, kidding and farrowing dates, with a reminder before the birth once pregnancy is confirmed
- Dam performance with each dam's full reproductive history
- PSY (pigs per sow per year) calculated per dam
- Litter records with weaned counts and average weaning weight
- Heat events with heat-expected alerts, and semen inventory with usage tied back to the service
- Safe breeding age and gestation overlap checked before a service is accepted

A treated animal can't slip into the food chain.
Log a treatment and the withdrawal period is calculated for you — per product, separately for meat, milk and eggs, counted from the final dose. Nobody types it in. Until it clears, the system won't let the animal be sold, culled, slaughtered or harvested.
- Full treatment history per animal, pen, barn or flock
- Vaccinations for one animal or a whole group, with lot numbers, doses and next-due dates
- Pharmacy lots with a full stock ledger, expiry dates and low-stock alerts
- Quarantine in isolation pens (any other pen needs a written reason), with a checklist and release approved by a second person
- Illness and injury logs with outcomes, and mortality logged against a cause list
- Versioned treatment protocols your vet writes and approves, and pen treatments that record exactly which animals they covered

Find the animals falling behind while there's time to act.
Every weigh-in lands on the animal's growth chart, average daily gain comes from your own recordings, and an overdue weigh-in raises an alert by itself.
- An overdue-weight alert for every animal that misses a weigh-in
- Full weight history and a growth chart on every profile
- Target weights for batches
- Scan the RFID tag before weighing so the number lands on the right animal

Know where every animal is — and where it's been.
A facility, room and pen hierarchy with live occupancy. Capacity limits stop a move that would overcrowd a pen, and every transfer is kept.
- Pen purposes for breeding, gestation, farrowing, nursery, grow-out, finisher and isolation
- Movement manifests for transfers between pens and facilities, and off-farm, market and slaughter moves
- Temperature, humidity and ammonia readings per unit
- Cleaning and maintenance logs
- Poultry and grow-out groups run as batches, with placements and count events

Connect what animals eat to what they gain.
Log a feeding against a pen or animal and the stock comes off inventory automatically. Weigh-ins turn that feed into a conversion ratio and a cost per kg gained.
- Saved feed formulas and rations
- Reorder alerts before grain or mineral runs out
- Feed conversion ratio and feed cost per kg gained, pen by pen

Nothing forced into a template built for something else.
Cattle, pigs, poultry and goats are already listed. Add sheep, bison, horses, rabbits, alpacas — anything — and give each species its own gestation period, breeding age, breeds and growth stages.
Built for North American food-safety rules.
Livestock records aren't just logistics. They're your proof when inspectors, auditors and packers arrive.
Automatic withdrawal holds
A treatment with a withdrawal period sets a hold. Withdrawal is calculated per product from the final dose, and selling, culling, slaughter or harvesting a batch is blocked — with the clear date and days remaining shown.
National ID & traceability
15-digit ISO electronic ID tags, including Canadian CCIA and USDA 840 numbers, with duplicates caught as they're typed or scanned. Manifests carry origin and destination premises IDs and export to CSV with the fields CFIA and USDA traceability reporting asks for.
